For my project, I am going to be working for the NHS to make a piece which persuades teenagers and young adults to live a more healthy life. This can consist of dieting and exercise; my project needs to reference these activities. The project will consist of making persuasive media to get the young adults of the UK to follow the NHS Better Health campaign. I am going to research existing products by the NHS and develop my own product using the general codes and conventions that have been used by the NHS in the past. My initial thoughts of the project are that it needs a lot of research to be done correctly, so that the correct codes and conventions are used for it to appeal to the target audience. I also need to create something which has not already been done by my client. My project will either consist of persuading the audience not to smoke or persuading the audience to become more active in their daily life, such as exercising or other means of being healthy day to day.
