Radio Advertisement Logistical Pre-Production
To complete my project, I will need some appropriate equipment. To record the voices for the radio advertisement, I will need a microphones that can record dialogue clearly and to ensure that its understandable. This isn't an absolute requirement however it would greatly improve the quality of the advertisement and will possibly increase the listener's attention towards the advert.
Location Scout
Another thing that I require for my project will be a recording room for the recording of the elements to take place, this will need paperwork to sign off so that I can get the permissions to work in the provided room. The space in which the audio is recorded must be internal for obvious reasons and it needs to relatively small. I assume that acquiring a location to record like this would be relatively easy.
For the pictures that I will take, it doesn't need a very complex place to shoot. It can be taken almost anywhere outside, including locations close to the college. The location doesn't specifically have to be in a dingy place or a dark place as they can be too stereotypical and can be deemed too cheesy for the advert.
Risk Assessment
I assume that there is no danger to be had in the recording of the advertisement. I will advise everyone not to bring food and drink near the equipment to avoid damage or electric shocks. As part of the risk assessment, I will have to make sure the weather and climate of the area is acceptable both in the radio advert and in the print advert.
Personnel List
There will only be a small number of personnel included in my project as it doesn't require a large body of people. It will definitely require one or two people to shoot and record voice lines. Here is a personnel list for the people who will definitely be included in my project. This is unfinished and is subject to change either on the day of recording of leading up to the day of recording.
